Chris Lipe wears many hats at Key Title as a Senior Underwriter, Certified Commercial Underwriter, and the Smithfield Office Manager. Having joined the team in 2011, Chris brings with him an impressive over 30 years of experience in the title industry. Originally from Fayetteville, AR, he made a pivotal decision to transfer to North Carolina State University (NCSU), where he earned a BA in History. After falling in love with the area, Chris decided to make North Carolina his permanent home.
