Shannon Smith, President of Key Title, has devoted over 25 years to the real estate industry. She began her journey in 1995, selling new homes as a REALTOR® in Southwest Florida.

In 1996, Shannon launched her title industry career with First American Title as a marketing representative before being promoted to State Agency Manager. In 2007, she transitioned to Stewart Title as State Agency Manager before relocating to North Carolina.

Joining Key Title in 2017, Shannon worked to become a Licensed Title Insurance Underwriter and now proudly leads our team of dedicated professionals as President of Key Title.

Shannon attended St. Petersburg College and now lives in Hillsborough with her husband, Jason. Their daughter lives nearby in Cary, NC, where she teaches music.
